Roulette rules

The roulette wheel has 38 numbered slots, including a single “0” (in European roulette) and the double “00” in the American version of the game. Bets are placed in the spaces marked with numbers on the layout, or in spaces outside the layout. The rules allow for many ways to win at roulette.

Once all bets have been placed, the croupier starts the wheel spinning, and a few seconds later adds the ball rolling in the opposite direction. Before the ball drops into one of the numbered spaces, the croupier will declare “No more bets!” At that point the bets are fixed, and no adding or changing bets is allowed. The ball drops into one of the slots, the croupier places the “dolly” on the winning number, all losing bets are removed, and winning bets are paid. Only then may new bets be placed upon the table.

Roulette is a game of chance. The winners are those players who correctly predicted the number that the ball landed in, or who correctly made one of the side bets.

Choose the table that suits your budget and change your chips accordingly.

Place your bets upon the numbers, splitters or corner bets you want within the betting window - ( You will only have a certain timeframe to place your bets before the next roll.)

Once the cycle is complete be alert and ready to bet again or cash your chips in with the croupier. Especially offline as most roulette chips cant be played at other gambling tables.

Roulette Wheel & Rules

Types of bets allowed on a roulette table are as follows:

Straight Up bet is betting directly onto any number on the roulette wheel. Place $1,£1 or €1 on any number and hit that number. You win $35, £35 or €35 respectivly, and is the biggest odds you can get on a roulette wheel. Giving you odds of 35-1.
Split Bets are bets placed between two numbers directly onto the line, indicating your splitting your bet between number a and number b. In the image shown you would be splitting the bet odds of (35-1) between number 20 & 23, giving you odds of 17 to 1.
A Row Bet is placing a chip on a single row of 3 numbers. If any number hits, it pays you odds of 11 to 1.
A Corner Bet is placed directly on the junction of 4 numbers. Giving you odds of 8 to 1.
A Street Bet is placing a bet on the junction between two rows, By doing this you are covering all 6 numbers in each row, which pays 6 to 1.
The Column bet.There are 3 column bets available at the end of each row of 12 numbers and they pays 2 to 1.
Even Bets are any bet that has a 50-50 chance of winning e.g playing Black/Red 1-18/19-36 or Odds/Evens these are all called Even Bets and pay odds of 1 - 1. Place $1 on get $2 back.

Due to the nature of the game, roulette is a game of chance, because of the Zero on the wheel that gives the house its "house edge" advantage. There have been many people over the years who have tried to beat the roulette wheel. But very few have succeded. Some have even claimed to sell there soul to the devil for its secrets, but still im not sure any actually beat it.
